Since I started drinking Kobo Tea regularly, I noticed many of the Kombucha benefits are true. I am drinking at least 16 oz of Kobo Tea everyday. My day starts with a shot glass of Kobo Tea, then usually a glass of Kobo Tea with lunch and another with dinner. I love eating, but my chef boyfriend makes such delicious meals that I often overeat ( which I shouldn’t ). This may be hard to believe, but I have not gained any weight. In fact, I have lost weight. I can actually feel Kobo Tea helping my digestion tremendously. Kombucha has been known for being a great source of probiotics and antioxidants, and loaded with vitamins. Historically, it’s been labeled a miracle health drink all over the world. Although these health benefita aren’t proved by FDA, there is enough recorded testimonials to convince me that this is a super healthy drink! And now, in the North American continent, more people are starting to drink Kombucha and have claimed that these benefits are true. As you see on the testimonial page, the people who start drinking Kobo Tea regularly say they noticed the benefits, including some lost weight, better sleep, or simply feeling better overall. The reason I trust this drink so much comes from my belief of the power of naturally fermented food and drink. We are born in nature and living with nature. Our body can’t take all the processed food. Why do we drink overly processed beverages with additives and preservatives for a longer shelf life? Since Kombucha is made with totally organic bacteria and yeast, it brings friendly bacteria into our stomach and simulates well within our body system. Plus this SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) eats the sugar and changes to natural carbonation and trace amount of alcohol ( less than 0.5%) in the process of fermentation. And the most wonderful thing that happens in fermentation is the rich, complex flavor these natural organisms can make. I believe Kobo Tea will be the truly natural healthy drink for everybody in the world.
